Tweenie Tots - Suspended

child sitting on floor reading a bookBooks are the focus and fun is the goal. Preschoolers are invited to join in the stories, songs, rhymes and crafts. Each week will be a new theme and a new opportunity to learn and laugh during this 45 minute program. Children must be accompanied by an adult.  The program is on Thursday mornings 10:30 -11:15 a.m. and the donation is $1/child/session. Suspended during library closure.

Want to read with your children but you're in a hurry? No time to browse? To mark Family Literacy Day, Ready to Read Backpacks were launched. They are filled with a selection of handpicked children's books.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person summer program for the children of West Perth.

Our summer program co-ordinator Andria created Imagination Kits and a Virtual Summer Reading Room

Hopefully we will be able to offer an in-person Summer Reading Program in 2021. Details will be available May 2021.
